How To Jump Start Your Journey Back To Health?
Lost. Confused. Don’t know how to jump start your journey back to health? I promise your day will be better. So will 2018.
Here are my 10 rules to succeed in life no matter where you are, how much money you have or ability you possess:
- Eat when you’re hungry. Stop when you’re full. STOP grazing. Learn to have an appetite and feel satisfied again.
- Don’t drink your calories. Lots of water. Green tea. Coffee. Occasional dry wine. All in moderation
- Start off all meals with protein (preferably from the ocean/sea) fat and veggies (green/yellow/red).
- Cook only with butter, ghee, coconut oil, avocado oil and occasionally olive oil. Do NOT use seed/vegetable oils. No more canola, vegetable oils nor sprays.
- Berries for dessert only.
- Move often. For long distances. Sprint when you can. Lift heavy objects. Repeat daily.
- Breathe deep. From your diaphragm. Stress kills. Seriously.
- Socialize often. Laugh more. Family & Friends heal. Fact.
- Sleep deeply without the distractions of cell phones, laptops. Keep it cool and dark in your bedroom. Your bed is meant for sleep and marital relations only.
- Wake up with a purpose. Your day and life is governed by this simple fact.
